GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS:

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us, the REAL Clinic. The REAL Clinic is the trading name for The Battersea Clinic Limited. By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. The Battersea Clinic Ltd. have the right to revise these Terms and Conditions including prices. We also have the right to decline service to any individual customer.

1. PRICES

Prices on our website are in GBP for deliveries within the UK.

2. ORDERING

You may order 24 hours a day on our website. By sending the order it becomes legally binding. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your order are correct and that you have the necessary credit limits and/or authority to use the payment card you present to us.

3. CREDIT CARDS

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Visa Debit cards You agree that Battersea Clinic Ltd charges your account with the amount of your order. We do not accept American Express.

4. SAFETY OF DATA

All data you transfer to The Battersea Clinic Ltd is secured in compliance with the payment card industry data security standard, PCI DSS. Any information provided by you is stored in a secure database at our location. We will not pass over any information to third parties. The Battersea Clinic Ltd commits itself to preserve the legal determination of data safety, especially the security of telecommunications. 

5. CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the goods have been delivered to you. You must return the goods in the same condition as they arrived at your cost, for the full refund of the product cost.

6. RETURNS

The products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If, nevertheless, the goods should be faulty or damaged we apologise and kindly ask you to return them so that we can immediately provide a replacement.

For your own safety we recommend that you read carefully all information printed either on the packaging, or in the leaflet that is included in the product.
