Here at REAL, we understand that your choice to undergo treatment is one that has taken a lot of careful consideration, research and emotion.

Our understanding team know that this decision wasn’t taken lightly, and we pledge to treat every patient with care, compassion and respect – always putting your safety and comfort first.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

On arrival at the clinic, you will be greeted by your patient co-ordinator, who will book you in and seat you, ready for your consultation or treatment.

Our aim is to make sure all of our patients feel relaxed and calm prior to meeting their practitioner. You will be asked to confirm your details and sign any necessary consent forms, ensuring you fully understand your treatment plan. When your practitioner is ready to see you, you will be escorted through to one of our luxurious treatment rooms.

You will always be greeted with a smile at REAL.

YOUR CONSULTATION WITH OUR TEAM

Your REAL practitioner will always carry out a thorough consultation. This is your opportunity to discuss your concerns, and for our team to advise of the best possible treatment plan to suit your needs.

During your consultation, your practitioner will ask you a series of questions to understand your medical history, lifestyle, and desired outcomes – don’t forget, this is your chance to ask them plenty of questions, too! Some patients find it helpful to jot down a list of questions to ask on the day so that all your needs can be met and you leave us feeling reassured, and happy with the proposed treatment plan – before you go ahead.

Your Consultation

YOUR TREATMENT& AFTERCARE

On the day of treatment, you will arrive at the clinic 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that we can ensure any consent forms are completed prior to treatment, but also to answer any last minute questions you may have.

Your patient co-ordinator is on hand to tend to your needs, be that to settle any nerves, lend a compassionate ear or make you a nice cup of tea – we’re here to make sure your time with us is hassle free and above all else, enjoyable. You will be well cared for at REAL and we will always take the time to make sure you are completely happy with every step of your journey, as well your results.

Your treatment doesn’t end when you leave the clinic. Our team will follow up with you on the days following your treatment, just to make sure you’re still feeling great! If you have any concerns at all following treatment, our aftercare plan will ensure you always have access to a REAL practitioner. You will never feel alone at REAL.
