All orders are dispatched to you as quickly as possible. If you would prefer to purchase the products over the telephone, please ring our clinic on 0203 818 1889.
We aim to dispatch our products to you within two working days of receiving your order. Allow a further 2-5 days before expecting to receive your parcel. Please provide your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you regarding delivery. Products are not dispatched at weekends or during public holidays.

When placing your order, please provide a contact number otherwise this could delay the dispatch of your order.
International orders are shipped via courier to the destination country. This is a tracked service and if you have not received your tracking number, please do let us know. Within Europe, orders normally arrive within 5-10 working days and to the rest of the world anywhere between one and two weeks.
Parcels may be delayed further by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered in some non-EU countries.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Security and Payment
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Electron, JCB and Maestro. We are unable to accept American Express cards. We also accept PayPal. Paypal provides exceptionally high levels of internet and physical security to ensure that sensitive information is never compromised.. Payment should be made in full at the time of ordering products directly from our website. The Battersea Clinic Limited reserves the right to retain products until the transaction has been confirmed by the appropriate card service provider. All products remain the property of The Battersea Clinic Limited until payment is cleared.
Please notify The Battersea Clinic Limited on your intent to return your product we can be reached by email at email@example.com. Please include your order number and reason for return and one our customer service team will be in touch.
All returns need to be sent to our Head Office in London. We strongly recommend sending your purchase back to us using Royal Mail Signed For delivery, so that it is trackable. We are responsible for your return once it has reached our Head Office, items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Please pack your return securely.
Once your return has been received by our Head Office team, we will send you an email confirmation, with a confirmation of the replacement or refund previously agreed via email.
Once you have sent your parcel, if you have not heard from us with 7 working days in the UK and 14 working days for the rest of the world, please kindly contact us on 0203 818 1889 Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm or email firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to further investigate.
What if the item is faulty?
On the rare occasion that one of our products arrives faulty. If you have identified the fault with your product, then contact us on email@example.com under our standard returns’ procedure.
Can I return an item I received as a gift?
Items received as a gift, can be returned with proof of purchase or a gift receipt.
Can I cancel an online or mail order?
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of purchase. Just send us a notice of cancellation by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and return the items to us in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
